Alert Call Tree

Manage Notifications

How it works

  • An alert type can be in only one tree per barn.
  • Tier 1 is notified when the alert fires. If the alarm remains active with no response for the defined time period, the next tier is told.
  • Service Managers set up the tree and define wait times between call tiers.
  • A response to an alarm stops escalation. Going to site or Handled remotely pauses the tree for 15 hours. Investigate at next barn visit or Known, no action needed stops it.
  • An alert type not assigned to a call tree is emailed to everyone assigned to the barn.
  • A call tree applies to every group in the barn.
