Manage Users
Roles
A person's role is set barn by barn. They can be a Viewer on one barn and a Service Manager on another.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | See every group on the barn. Add mortalities, load ins, sales, health and treatments. Respond to alerts. |
| Service Manager | Viewer, plus start and close groups, edit group details, adjust the count, remove records, set thresholds and call trees, and add people to barns they manage. |
| Organization Admin | Service Manager, plus add or edit people and roles within their Organization. |

People with Access
Tap Settings, then User Management.
- Add User: add someone new.
- Search by name or email.
- Filter by role, barn or status.
- Each person: their organization, role, and how many barns.
- No Password Yet: they haven't accepted their invite. Resend Invite sends it again.
Viewers and Service Managers see names and roles, not email addresses.
Add a person
Service Manager
- Who: name and email address.
- Role on Each Barn: Viewer, Service Manager, or No Access.
- Organization Admin: tick to have them run the organization. Shows for an Organization Admin only.
- Tap Create and Send Invite.
They get an email to set their own password.
Change someone's access
Tap the person in the list.
- Role on Each Barn: change a role, or set No Access to remove a barn.
- Organization Admin: runs the organization's people and barns.
- Account: their sign-in email.
- Tap Save Changes.
Organization Admin and Account show for an Organization Admin only.
